Delivery is absolutely terrible, especially at Christmas. They do nothing to insure delivery even with a very reasonable amount of time. Everything we order on the internet takes 3-5 days. This company gives you no options and won’t tell delivery time until after you pay for your order. Then they tell you it’s a ridiculous 2-6 weeks. There is no reason for this when they charge 16.00 for S&H. I could ship faster with usps at half the price in 3-5 days.

We were going to order the Kangaroo Keeper until we read of the misfortunes of other shoppers. Charges to my credit card and no merchandise delivered? I don’t think so. Thank you folks for warning us.

I purchased kangaroo keeper one for me and one for my mom. We absolutely love it! Buy 2 for $19? this is a great deal. I tried to call customer service too after i saw this blog and someone answered me! yay! She was very nice on the phone. Of couse I acted like I was going to return my kangaroo keeper.

I ordered the kangarookeeper on Dec.3rd 2009. and my credit card has been charged. As the previous commenters indicated, I have received nothing (since the first e-mail acknowledging my order). I have called the 877 number for Global TV Products a couple of times and left messages, with no response. If they are backordered, as the phone message asserts, it would be nice to get an idea of when to expect delivery, or instructions for getting a refund. Perhaps you can get a better response.

I placed an order on Dec. 8. By Jan 25th I had not received anything. Went online to check the status and they did not have my name, order #, or anything on record. Called Global TV Products as instructed on the website and left a message asking them to cancel the order. What a surprise……the charge showed up on my credit card the next day. It is 3 weeks later and I still haven’t received anything. Called Global TV Products again today and if they return my call it will be yet another surprise.

I ordered on Nov 19th. Nothing yet. No return phone call from Customer Service either. I expected to get to give for a Christmas gift. I am beginning to think this is a sham.

I ordered the Kangaroo Keeper on 10/31/09 – haven’t received anything yet and can get no answer at Global TV Products. Very disgusted at lack of customer service!
