		<description>Delivery is absolutely terrible, especially at Christmas. They do nothing to insure delivery even with a very reasonable amount of time. Everything we order on the internet takes 3-5 days. This company gives you no options and won&#039;t tell delivery time until after you pay for your order. Then they tell you it&#039;s a ridiculous 2-6 weeks. There is no reason for this when they charge 16.00 for S&amp;H. I could ship faster with usps at half the price in 3-5 days.</description>

I tried to call customer service too after i saw this blog and someone answered me! yay! She was very nice on the phone.
